Planning your pilgrimage to the holy cave of Shri Amarnathji with a group? Here’s a comprehensive guide to registering for the PIlgrimage in 2025 as a group of 5 or more:
Group Power! Register Together (Applications Open Until May 31st):

- Apply by registered post to the Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.
- First-come, first-served basis with limited slots per date and route (maximum 30 per group).
What to Include in Your Group Application:

- Completed application forms with each member’s Aadhaar number clearly mentioned. (Download forms from https://www.jksasb.nic.in/)
- Original Compulsory Health Certificates (CHCs) issued after April 8th, 2025, by authorized doctors (list available on website).
- One signed passport-sized photograph for each applicant.
- Pilgrimage Registration Fee: ₹250 per pilgrim.
- Group Leader’s contact information: mailing address, mobile number, and email ID.
- Postal charges: vary based on group size (refer to table below).

Important Reminders:

- Age restrictions apply (13-70 years). Pregnant women over six weeks cannot register.
- The Group Leader will be contacted if your preferred date/route is unavailable and offered alternatives.
- RFID card mandatory: Collect yours after biometric verification upon arrival in Jammu & Kashmir.
- Registration confirmation: Only valid for the specific date and route assigned.
- Postal delays: Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board is not responsible.
