This includes taking a 4-5 km walk every morning and evening. To improve your body’s oxygen efficiency, practice deep breathing exercises and yoga, particularly Pranayam.
Essentials for the Journey
The pilgrimage involves trekking across high mountains and enduring strong cold winds. Therefore, you must carry the following items:
- Adequate woolen clothing.
- A small umbrella (preferably one with an elastic band around your head and a strap around the chin).
- Windcheater.
- Raincoat.
- Waterproof trekking shoes.

- Cap (preferably a monkey cap).
